Ingredients

Ribs:
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 rack baby back ribs (pork or beef, I use beef)

BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup Tessamae's Ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
1. Cut the ribs and layer them in the slow cooker. Cook on low for approximately 5 hours.
2. Combine all sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat until slightly thickened
3. Preheat the oven to 325
4. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet
5. Pour the sauce evenly over the ribs
6. Bake for 30 minutes
