Mama's Hamburger Soup

Mama's Hamburger Soup

I love how food can recreate a memory and some food tastes just like home. No matter where you are, what the weather is, or who you are with, some recipes are pure comfort. My mom's hamburger soup is just that! Easy to make, delicious and packed with veggies! My wonderful friend Jayleigh (click here for her beautiful photography) captured the pure love that is Mama's Hamburger Soup.

Mama's Hamburger Soup

1 tablespoon oregano

Directions
1. On the stovetop, brown the meat with the sliced onion
2. Dice vegetables and add all ingredients (except zucchini and cabbage) into large stockpot
3. Bring to a boil, and turn down to low to allow soup to simmer for at least 45 minutes
